At your service for more than 30 years

Since its creation more than 30 years ago, MySAV has continued to implement innovative solutions in the field of maintenance and repair of high-tech products.

Thanks to a rigorous organisation, based on a complete and in-depth computerisation of our services, MySAV has been able to support the growth of its turnover.

A European development

MySAV went from a local business, then a regional one, to nationwide coverage, before settling outside its borders, in Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain in particular.

In just a few years, MySAV has become a recognised player for its professionalism and responsiveness in terms of after-sales service and high-tech product logistics in small and medium volumes.

History

1992 : Creation of the company in Le Havre

1993 : Start of the PHOTO repair business. Obtaining CANON approval

1996 : Beginning of the CAMESCOPE repair business

1998 : Grouping of the Le Havre and Caen businesses into a single repair center in NORMANDY

2003 : Establishment in ALSACE

2003 : Start of the PRINTING repair activity

2004 : Start of the SOUND repair activity

2005 : First business in BELGIUM and LUXEMBOURG

2009 : Establishment in the RHONE-ALPES region

2010 : Establishment in PARIS

2013 : Obtaining HARMAN, JBL, AKG approvals

2014 : Obtaining AUDIO-TECHNICA approval

2018 : Obtaining PHOTO approval for the SONY Imaging Pro Support Program

2019 : Obtaining DNP approval

2019 : Start of the MOBILITY repair activity

2020 : Start of the AIR TREATMENT repair activity. Obtaining AIR&ME and STADLER FORM approvals

2021 : Establishment in Spain, in Madrid area

2021 : Obtaining OROSOUND approval

2021 : Company Soft&Com, IT specialist, has joined MySAV group

2022 : Obtaining REVOE, OCEAN DRIVE et RED BULL approvals

2023 : MySAV France move to its new premises in St Jean de la Neuville (Normandy).

2023 : Obtaining XIAOMI, NIU and NAVEE approvals (mobility)
